Srinagar: Dukhtaran-e-Millat chairperson, Syedah Aasiyeh Andrabi, on Friday paid glowing tributes to Burhan Ahmad Wani and his associates who were killed earlier this evening.
In a statement, Andrabi said that Burhan’s contribution to the ‘resistance movement of Kashmir will be written in golden words’.
“The martyrdom of Burhan and his associates in a matter of grief for the Kashmiri Nation, the struggle against the occupational will continue until Kashmir is free,” she said.
“The sacrifices of our youth will never go waste and Kashmir will see the dawn of freedom soon, InshaAllah,” she added.
She expressed solidarity with the family members of Burhan and his associates who were killed in Kokernag gunfight.
Meanwhile, DeM has called for a complete shutdown across Kashmir on July 9,10 and 11.
